Booking Policy 

To ensure a seamless and organized experience at RH Beauty Studio's we've instituted the following booking policy:

New Clients: For new clients a non refundable booking fee of $20 is essential at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

Card On File: Clients must provide a valid card on file to secure and confirm their appointment. A valid credit card on file is required to hold the appointment.

Payments: The full amount of the service fee is due at the time of the appointment, payable with the credit card on file or another accepted payment method. Acceptable payment methods include

• Credit / Debit Cards

• Cashapp or Venmo

• Cash

Appointment Adjustments: Clients may request adjustments, such as rescheduling, subject to availability. However, the booking fee remains non-refundable, and any payments made will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

 

Groupon Policy 

 

At RH Beauty Studio’s, we are pleased to welcome clients who have discovered our services through Groupon. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we have established the following Groupon policy:

New Clients:  LIMIT 1 PER PERSON Each client may redeem only one Groupon voucher. Multiple vouchers purchased by the same client will not be honored unless it is a gift for others.

 

Card On File: Clients must provide a valid credit card to secure and confirm their appointment. A valid credit card on file is required to hold the appointment.

No Shows/ Cancellations: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their Groupon voucher. No exceptions will be made, as this time could have been allocated to another client. Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment will also forfeit your voucher.

Service Availability: Groupon vouchers are valid for specific services listed in the offer. Upgrades or changes to the service may incur additional charges.

 

Cancellation Policy

Here at RH Beauty Studio's we value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We understand that things happen that are just sometimes out of our control. We just ask that we are given at least 24-48 hour notice in case of the event of having to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that failure to notify our office in a timely manner for any cancellations or rescheduling will result in charging the card on file 30% and paying a booking fee of $30 to reschedule. Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% for your scheduled service to the card on file. In the event of showing up late there is a 15 minute grace period. Anything after the 15 minute grace period will result as a no- show and will be charged accordingly.We ask that you please plan to arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early to avoid getting the booking fee. Please note that it is extremely important to communicate to our office ASAP if something comes up.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in paying  a booking fee of $30 to reschedule appointment.

No Shows: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the full service fee of 50% being charged to the credit card on file. In the event of rebooking you must pay the $30 booking fee. For Groupon clients in the event of a no- show your voucher will be redeemed.

 

Refund Policies

At RH Beauty Studio's, our commitment is to deliver exceptional results tailored to each client's unique vision. We understand that individual experiences may vary for the services offered in our studio. During consultations, we strive to ensure your expectations are heard and feasible. To maintain transparency and align with industry practices, we have updated our refund policy:

 

Realistic Expectations: We emphasize the importance of entering our studio with realistic expectations, and our team is dedicated to working diligently during consultations to address your needs.

 

NO REFUNDS: Effective immediately, RH Beauty Studio's will not offer any refunds for services provided. This includes situations where services are discontinued with a client.

Final Sales: All sales and fees are now deemed final. Any purchases made are non-refundable and will be strictly applied towards the agreed-upon service. This policy update is designed to provide clarity and consistency. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in RH Beauty Studio's.
